James Healy Joins JOH as Amazon & eCommerce Business Analyst
Billerica, MA – We are proud to announce that James Healy has joined JOH as the newest Amazon and eCommerce Business Analyst.
With over six years in the retail and CPG industry, James has firsthand experience selling and providing a quality customer experience with integrity and passion. James began his professional career with Joseph Family Markets where he took on various roles. One of his major accomplishments for the company was building a new online grocery delivery department with great success. He then moved on to become the Grocery Manager where he worked with numerous vendors to maximize gross profit and ensure the right product mix for his diverse customers. In 2017, he became an Account Manager with Coca Cola of Northern New England and was able to build productive, profitable relationships within his accounts.
